Committee selects new principal
Superintendent Phil Ertl announced Thursday, April 13, that Associate Principal Nick Hughes will be replacing Principal Bill Stroud next year. Stroud’s retirement was approved at the February School Board meeting, leaving his position open at the end of this school year. Hughes’ appointment was approved by the School Board at the April 23 meeting. Hughes has been an associate principal at Tosa East for six years and has helped out at Tosa West since the death of Principal Tom Steiner in November.
