Students begin work in the carpentry trade
One of the least-known aspects in the Wauwatosa School District is the Tosa School of the Trades. Housed in the Fisher Building, the trade school utilizes renovated rooms from the previous tenant, Aurora Health Clinic. The Tosa School of the Trades is in its first year in the district. Associate Principal of Wauwatosa East High School Jason Zurawick is also the principal of the trade school. While he acknowledges that holding an administrative position at both schools is challenging, he enjoys “seeing the academic progress and growth of the students”
